Bone Coach - How do you know it works?

I have seen several people here joined Bone Coach. How do you know your osteoperosis is better. The testimonials talk about general health improving which adherence to any healthy diet may have done the same.
There is no science shown. It's pricey but worth it if it works.

@naturegirl5 How did you know your improved bone density result is due to Fosamax or your weight bearing and strength-based training?

@yiqunchen When one does multiple approaches as I did it's not completely apparent what the increase in bone density is due to. I had been weight lifting for over 20 years at the time I started Fosamax. The only thing I changed was the addition of Fosamax. So it's reasonable to assume that my positive change in positive density was due to the medication.

By the way, I had radiation therapy for endometrial cancer which reduced my bone density. So, I followed the recommendations of my Mayo Clinic endocrinologist and did one year of Evenity injections followed by one Reclast infusion (one month after I finished the Evenity.) The result was that a year after the Evenity and Reclast with weight bearing exercise including weightlifting that focused on the axial spine, my increase in bone density was a 10% gain. That was in in lower spine and my hip. From this my endocrinologist concluded that with the weightlifting I was doing my increase in bone density was beyond his expectation. I had no side effects at all from Evenity or from Reclast.
