Bone and joint pain with alendronate

I recently stopped alendronate due to excruciating bone and joint pain. I take celebrex every day to deal with joint pain. Is there any osteoporosis drug that not cause this constant ongoing pain?

bduckdean, I'm taking Forteo without experiencing any side effects at all. The trouble is that each of us can react in a different way and you don't really know until you try it and suffer. The really nice thing about Forteo and Tymlos is that they leave your system quickly so usually side effects don't linger more than 24 hours, so you can just quit the drug. I hope you have some luck with the next.
