Blood spotting
Hello, this is kritee. Its been 3.5 months since i didn't get my period. i checked 4th time but i am not pregnant too. After 3 months blood is spotting on my underwear but not while sitting on toilet. its not flowing it only spot on underwear and when i wipe it.

You did not mention your age.
There could me multiple reason; menopause, poor health, emotional stress, extreme weight loss, excessive exercise or certain reproductive disorders.
Only way to know for sure is to see your doctor to diagnosis and treat problem.

I am 20 years old. I have gained a lot of weight lately. Is there a chance of pregnancy even i get negative result? @laurie

The only way to know for sure if no periods and negative home pregnancy test is to have a blood test or ultra sound. Strongly suggest seeing a health care professional, either your doctor or a clinic that provides women health care.
If actually pregnant, then need to find out so can get care. If not pregnant, then need to find out why periods stop. Your young, and if something else is going on, need to get diagnoses so does not cause infertility problems in future.
Do not want to scare you, but do not ignore problem.
