Bleching, Burping and Gas after 3 weeks of HoLep

I had HoLEP surgery on March 27th 2025, since last week I have been having severe belching, burping and stomach cramps, went to my PCP and he recommended pepcid,....anyone face similar issues..appreciate any advise

Hope you’re healing. Stomach cramps doesn’t fit this puzzle. Don’t stop calling the Dr. until someone gives you an answer or referral to someone that can.
