Bladder urgency after Le Forte Colpocleisis

Hi all: I had a Colpocleisis, Le Forte method, and bladder suspension with transvaginal mesh, on May 4, 2023. I recovered quickly with minimal pain but I continue to have bladder issues. Specifically, I have strong urgency, sometimes with a bit of incontinence, and a weaker than usual stream. I often have a PVR (post void residual) of 150+ cc, which is not acceptable to the doctor. Oh well. So, I am currently in weekly Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PFPT). Been twice so far and not a lot of change. Has anyone had a similar post-op experience, and how had you faired? Thanks
