Anyone know the cost of BCG treatments for bladder cancer?

That is a tough question to answer seeing that everyone's situation is different. After reading your profile, if you are from the US, you're probably on some type of Medicare policy. If not from the US, it is even harder to answer.

I think the first call should be to your insurance company to find out whether you're covered for this treatment and what the estimated out-of-pocket expense will be.

Do you live in the US, or are you inquiring as a potential international patient?

I did not have BCG. As an aside, my nivolumab (monthly) is billed at USD 60K a month. My RC was approximately billed at $150K. So insurance is critical as this is as expensive as it gets. I do not remember the paid amounts.

This is also why common payer healthcare systems (like Canada, many European countries, Australia, New Zealand) have restrictions such as excluding < =1% PD(L)1 for ICI based on that aspect treatment sadly.
