Bladder ostomy (urostomy) and wall thickening: What next?

I have a super pubic tube in bladder and just gotten rid of a infection. The doctor had a cat scan done and indicated a wall thickening, what are the ramifications of this ? Also cat did not show upper part of bladder and they will have to go into the tube to see bladder. My urine had blood, totally cleared up and no more pain in uretha. Don't want test through tube as very painful. Looks like no serious prob except thickening, what does this lead to ?
