Bipolar on immunosuppressive meds anyone?

I have Bipolar and since my liver transplant have had many episodes. Anyone else experience this while on Cellcept & Tacrolimus? How did you manage irritability, anger and suicide thoughts? I am on gabapentin and Vraylar.
