Hi, @paigenicole4991, and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect.
I am certainly not medically trained but if it were me I think the finding worth discussing with your doctor is the “biliary duct dilation with vague filling defect.” While normal liver tests and a normal pancreas are reassuring, that CT wording sounds like it may lead to further testing to better understand whether there is a stone, sludge, or another explanation for the duct enlargement. It would be reasonable to ask your doctor whether any follow-up imaging is recommended.
I have so many questions. Do you still have your gallbladder? Did the CT recommend additional imaging? What were the actual liver tests that were initially done? Have you had a chance to visit with your doctor?
