Bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy with implants — experiences?

For anyone who’s had this surgery, would you be willing to share your experience?
I know implants are not going to look as natural as a diep flap reconstruction. How many of you regret your decision to get implants? How many of you feel good about the results?

Any regrets about implants or nipple loss? I was hoping to be a candidate for diep flap, and am now adjusting my expectations.

The before and after photos I have seen online only show results shortly after surgery, and I am wondering about the longer term results after healing. Are the scars from skin sparing noticeable?
