beta-alanine
I'm experiencing possible rebound effect after trying beta-alanine for several days and then stopping.
I am new to this remedy and trying to learn more about it. It worked like a miracle for every challenge I put it up against last week. Then after stopping it feels like the pruritis is back with a vengeance.
I have a pharmacy background and have a healthy respect for most everything that I put in my body.

I’ve been taking Beta Alanine for over 5 years…I take it for Aquagenic Pruritus, 20 mins before showering I take 1500 mg and it works great but for some reason, it works best to shower late in the day…
I also take it to control change in temperature itch, which is really bad during weather that requires air conditioning…going from the hot outdoors to a heavily air conditioned room…750 mg every four hours helps tremendously.
IF it works, why would you stop taking it?
