Best Supportive underwear for the "boys"

Posted by jayhall @jayhall, Sep 4, 2025

After my surgery I hang differently and "the boys" are in a different position then they were before. If I move wrong I can easily ting one of them. I'm not a big fan of this sensation. Since I work full time I can't adjust myself frequently. I have standard briefs etc. anyone got suggestions on more supportive underwear in terms of support and fit?

Congratulations! No surgery here, but in my ninth month on Orgovyx my “boys” have shrunk and gotten “mushy soft.” No need for support.

I’ve been using Duluth Trading Co boxers with the bullpen option … great support and when I need to use pads the are offering a place for my pad and they don’t slip around! Love this option!

Nice to have a "happy "topic for a change. Mighty hot here in Florida to wear anything heavy under blue jeans. I've found g-strings with a light liner to be versatile. Pouch "it" for leak protection, and "the boys " can hang free along side. Works well at night, also.

Try SAXX. It has a little”poach” for the “boys”, a bit pricy but very useful especially when you need to insert a disposable pads for extra protection.
