Best scenario for tooth extraction on Evenity

I currently have three more sets of injections for Evenity before going on to Prolia. I have a front tooth which is cracked under the gum and needs to be removed. It’s not bothering me right now but It could go at any time. When is the best time to Have a tooth extraction and then a Bridge put in the front of my mouth.? Is it before ending Evenity or postponing Prolia till I have the tooth extracted? My dentist is not aware of protocols for this.
