I recently scheduled a tour at my local grocery story, hosted by the store's dietician. The dietician took me around the store and showed me the brands that are 'heart healthy', high in fiber, and to reduce cholesterol. I'd recommend that you try that at your local grocery.

I recently scheduled a tour at my local grocery story, hosted by the store's dietician. The dietician took me around the store and showed me the brands that are 'heart healthy', high in fiber, and to reduce cholesterol. I'd recommend that you try that at your local grocery.

That is awesome! What a great thing for a dietitian to do. Becoming a self taught “label reader” and personal dietitian would have been much easier with a trained dietitian accompanying me! There are so many people who could benefit greatly from such a program of dietary hands-on learning.
