Best initial treatments for CRPS
I have CRPS in my left foot (following a nerve biopsy). It is hypersensitive so I can hardly touch it, and very swollen and discolored. (I can walk without much discomfort.) I'll start seeing a physical therapist next month.
Before I see the PT, what treatments could I do at home that are not too painful?

I went to UNC in Chapel Hill and got help for my CRPS.Neurology Department . I understand that Mayo Clinic can offer help, too. Also found a support group FightTheFlame.org and have learned a lot from them. Get off of refined sugar and red beats.
Try Topricin Foot Pain Relief Cream. It is super (also use on wrist, knee, elbow, etc.)
Do you have CRPS and SFN in both feet, left leg, and left butt?
