What is the best climate for active lifestyle and cancer issues?

Hi,
I'm currently just outside of Chicago and will be taking my two little dogs with me for a few months this winter to San Diego county (Airbnb). I work full time remote. I have wretched reactions to extreme heat, humidity and cold and cannot take another Chicago winter. My body cannot regulate and attacks itself. The issue is I'm happiest hiking, enjoying nature and being outdoors. I'm currently on Avastin and they will start Keytruda (1x every 3 weeks). I've got lynch syndrome gene and been dealing with cancer since 34 (I'll be 51 soon). Any advice for the best location to consider to move that is for a nature filled active life and near good medical (Castle Rock, CO, Carlsbad, CA,?)
