Let's put together a Barrett's esophagus friendly diet we could download or print off this site. It sure would be nice! Thanks

It never got written down but a lot of things to eat were posted. It’s basically a bland no acid diet. Lots of baked chicken, green vegetables . No citrus, bananas and watermelon are ok. No vinegar products or tomatoe. Cut all spices out. No Soda or booze. No weed or tobacco. Breakfast is oatmeal or shredded wheat and bran or Cheerios with unsweetened almond milk. Low acid coffee for me with almond milk as a creamer. Lunch is Greek yogurt, banana and a turkey sandwich. Supper would be chicken, brown rice and a green vegetable. For desert I’d have a slice of pumpkin bread. My last 2 scopes were Barrett’s free. I stop eating 4 hours before bedtime and that was my problem before. I’ve had no more reflux and my doctor said come back in 5 years. I still take omperazole. Good luck with your new diet.
