Basil Ganglia Calcification

Hi, a recent brain mri and head ct showed calcification in my brain, basil ganglia calcification. I'm having symptoms of weakness, severe tingling and tension in my head and what feels like muscle spasms. I also have tingling in my hands and feet. Does anyone else have the same issue and how has it progressed? Mine seems to be progressing pretty quickly.
