Balance exercises for Acoustic Neuroma?
I have recently been diagnosed with AN, can anyone recommend exercises I can do to help with balance issues? Thanks

Welcome to the group, I had and have balance issues, mine was results of a brain tumor, one step down from the worst one. Lost some peripheral vision and balance, guessing from numerous seizures. I do word search, a emailed exercise programs for hand eye coordination, balance on thick cushioned pad with feet in different positions and a lot of hard work, heel to toe walk 10 feet, balance on one foot then the other. Some one to catch me if I start to sway.
