Autoimmune disorders and allergies

Anyone have experience with a cycle of seasonal allergies and autoimmune flares?
Recently diagnosed with PMR after 4 bouts of Covid. I should have never had the shot, having experienced vaccine injury which has produced a cycle of flares during spring allergy season beginning 2022.
Living in a rural community, doctors don’t address cytokine release syndrome. Reaching out to an online Covid PCP, he used Methylprednelisone each time. I felt better within 12 hours!
However, the allergy/autoimmune relationship is a problem, specifically vertigo.
