Autoimmune disease and gross hematuria?

hello! I have been diagnosed with PBC, IBM and MCTD. Rheumatologist also suspects EDS. Recently I started experiencing gross hematuria. Urine culture showed no infection. I’m still following up with urologist. Has anyone had bleeding that was attributed to autoimmune disease?
