AUS issues: Anyone have issues with occasional bleeding?

Anyone have issues with occasional bleeding… my AUS was placed a year ago and I have been taking a daily stool softener… but still have minor bleeding after a bowel movement. I try not to strain much . I’m wondering if a better diet higher in fiber would help.

First, I have to assume you're dealing with blood in your stool, not urine.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
In any case, you might need a scan to verify its location.

In no way should an AUS cause bleeding unless the surgeon created a bleed. Whether in urinary tract or bowl.
Good luck in resolving this problem.

@grandpun yes the blood shows in the urine… I’ve had radiation twice for forty sessions each. I will contact my clinic.
