Atypical prostate test results.

Not sure what to think. Enlarged prostate (106ml). Diagnosed with Gleason 3+3 one lesion < 1.5 cm. 2 other lesions "indeterminate" in 2022. An Aug 2023 MRI shows no lesions (PI-RADS 3 or greater). PSA jumped 20 points though (although I was coming off a bug of some sort). Doctor is also a bit puzzled.

No. He may suggest that when I see him in Jan.

You might call the office and request the PET/CT. Then you could discuss it when you see him in January. The latest contrast is Pylarify.
I have been reading that smaller prostates contain more aggressive cancers-- this through retrospective analyses, without causative information.
Completely without relevance here is a case of increased presentation of highlight in PET/CT after Covid 19 vaccination. It had no diagnostic value and resolved 14 weeks later on a repeat imaging. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9212885/
