Hi
After going through breast cancer and treatment being taken off hrt having major hormone issues. I had been taking 5H.T.P for 2 years it was working fine.Now.Doesn't seem so much.My natural path wants me to add ashwaganda.Wondering if anyone has tried these. I felt fantastic on h r t I really just want my estrogen back. Mood swing, depression comes and goes, irritable, brain fog, dizzy. Sick of it. I cannot believe the only thing they offer you when you have hormone.Positive breast cancer is anti depressants which are disgusting drugs fir me anyway can't tolerate

I take Ashwaganda almost every day, it is a subtle calming supplement, taking the edge off things.
Hope it works, God bless you

I started Asheville Gonda about six weeks ago, and I noticed right away the calmness I felt I had been running high blood pressure and it does work as a diuretic also, however the calmness seem to be more of a sedative thing which I had to back off and take less so now instead of doing it three times to take I take morning and night,
I take one bulb squeeze in the morning in my lower amount of coffee cup and at night I just squirt it in my mouth and it isn’t the greatest, but it’s OK😊
