ARPwave NeuroTherapy for tendonitis?

Has anyone tried ARPwave for treating tendonitis? I have bilateral upper hamstring tendonitis and nothing I've tried has helped (and I've tried a lot). One physical therapist I saw suggested I try this, but it's pricey and I haven't seen many reviews online-except on their website, which is a red flag to me. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I’m walking better after only one painless visit to an orthogonal specialist. Anyone else find a chiropractor (covered by Medicare) who adjusts their Atlas bones and does the ARPWAVE to reduce scar tissue after many laminectomy surgeries?
