Are there any Sjogren's sufferers that also have LUTS?

I have Sjogren's Disease and am experiencing frequent symptoms of UTIs. I would like to hear from others who have similar experiences.

Thank you for your post. I have seen the research and I have a contradiction. I have neuropathy but hardly any pain but also seem to have LUTS. (No complaints here.) Just wondering what everyone else is experiencing.
