Are there any pilots on here?

I’m looking for fellow pilots on here to see how their journey with PC has been. Have you been able to get back to work ? Currently I am dealing with fatigue and lack of energy along with the urgency to urinate, it would be tough to get back to work right now. Are any pilots working while on ADT?
Any information would be appreciated.
