Ap canal diameter of 9mm

I haven't seen neurosurgeon yet, but I have read my MRI report.
I have reversal of normal cervical lordosis, severe foraminal stenosis, and canal diameter is 9mm w slight effacement of intrathecal sac.
I'm wondering how concerning 9mm stenosis is.
