Anyone with retinitis pigmentosa? What do you do for penile rehab?

I've got retinitis pigmentosa, an eye disease of the retina that causes visual field loss. PDE 5 inhibitors such as viagra and cialis could damage my eyesight further. I was wondering what some you in the same boat do for penile rehab after RALP. I've been using a pump daily and masturbation a few days a week. Any other tips?
