Is there anyone living in LA who is tapering off Effexor interested in starting a support group? I’m using Horowitz approach and just listened to his U Tube webinar.

I wish I had known about tapering off Effexor before I just basically cold turkeyed it dropping from 150 to 75 and then off in a few weeks. I have protracted withdrawal and my life is ruined. Wishing you well.
