Anyone use CoQ10 for FB pain or daily fatigue?
I am looking for ways to combat fatique and random body pains. I'm on Duloxetine 40 mg, and it helps somewhat, but brain fog and fatigue really wrecks many days for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Much.

Kwolfe59 -I feel like 5 grams of d-ribose powder (stirred in low sugar yogurt) gives me a little energy boost. I also like daily PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) 630mg micronized with luteolin 30mg. PEA calms my RLS (restless leg syndrome) burning pain that drains my energy. PEA needs to build up in your system for 60 days, and I did noticed reduced pain/increased energy after I hit the 60 day mark. I felt like it wasn’t helping anymore so I reduced to half dosage and pain increased so I’m back on 2 daily (630 mg).
