Anyone try Onero Online?

I am thinking of paying $5/mo for Onero Online. Has anyone had success using it?

Never heard of it before. Have you checked out free online resources by Margaret Martin? For example: https://video.search.yahoo.com/yhs/

Yes, thank you! I have watched Margaret Martin. Onero is based on LiftMOR which showed huge improvements in bone density in some very frail people. I hate exercise so want to make sure what I do is the most helpful. I probably should start working more seriously on my attitude! 😁

“ Results show that 86% of patients increased bone mass at the lumbar spine and 69% of patients increased bone mass at the hip ”

Their statistics or independent analysis? Of course anything is better than nothing I guess.

Is LIFTMOR is different than Onero? For some reason, I co-mingled these programs, but now think I'm wrong and they are separate.

I'm doing the Onero online program. I participated in a webinar just yesterday with Belinda Beck, the founder of Onero. She said the online Onero program is designed for posture, balance and safety. There isn't weight lifting b/c you must have an accredited practitioner specifically trained in the Onero program. There are precious few providers in the USA - NJ, WI and CA. I'm not sure how long I'll stick with it but was curious so joined.

@babs I went to view the Onero program in action last week . To clear things up, Belinda Beck , from Australia was the one that did the LIFTMOR studies. She collected data for about 10 years , found it very effective in building bone density and was safe with close supervision . She decided to take that data and put it in practice in the real world . Is calling the program Onero which is done at a facility and is very supervised by trained professionals. The Onero program online is not like the one I observed. She doesn’t feel it’s safe for people to just go off and do this high level of training without supervision that she feels is warranted to avoid injury. Hope this helps!!

Dear DebKincaid: I also am interested in the answer to your question. It's quite a bit cheaper than paying $229 for one visit with Onero in person!

Do you not have physiotherapists in the US? In Australia, where ONERO was developed, they need a four year university degree and professional accreditation. Mine uses her own adaptation of the ONERO program, with very good results. I agree that it could be dangerous to go to an unqualified person.
