Anyone try Duavee?

I have terrible hot flashes and a high risk of breast cancer in addition to osteoporosis. I'm afraid to take HRT because I read it can make my dense breast tissue even more dense and therefore make it even more difficult to find cancer if it does appear. I asked my gynecologist about Duavee and she had never even heard of it, but after researching it she thought I would be a good candidate for this drug and that it may be safer for me than regular HRT. I'm just wondering if anyone else here has ever tried it? Most people I talk to didn't even know it existed.
