Anyone taking PEA supplement for nerve pain and also taking Flecainide

I had one brief episode of AFib several years ago and I was put on a dose of Flecainide once daily, along with Eliquis, to lower the risk of stroke. I also suffer from arthritis and NEUROPATHY. Yet so many pain meds interact negatively with either the Eliquis or Flecainide that I am only able to take Tylenol, which is like taking nothing. I recently learned of a supplement abbreviated as PEA that many people take to help reduce nerve pain from neuropathy. Google says I should coordinate with my cardiologist but there is no evidence of interaction between Flecainide and PEA. If I'm being honest, my cardiologist will probably not know anything about PEA and whether it can affect the Flecainide in any negative way. I have researched discussions of PEA on Connect, and I have found nowhere any answers to these questions. So I'm coming to this group to ask if anyone here is taking Flecainide and also using PEA supplementation to help with nerve pain caused by neuropathy. Or have you taken both and had any sort of reaction and had to stop the PEA? Does PEA really HELP reduce nerve pain, especially burning, from neuropathy?Thank you!!

I haven't taken Flecainide, but I have tried Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) for pain. After 2 bottles with no relief I stopped buying it. I also tried (3) bottles of Alpha Lipoic Acid for the neuropathy pain, and that did not help as well. Good luck to you.
