Anyone still able to produce precum?

I woke up this morning after having some really explicit sex dreams and I was leaking precum. Before my RARP during sex I had a huge volume of precum. Anyone else have this?

These symptoms mirror mine; however, I have radiation/hormone treatment. I see my urologist next week and we are going to discuss it. I also suffer other "plumbing problems"
