Anyone still able to produce precum?

I woke up this morning after having some really explicit sex dreams and I was leaking precum. Before my RARP during sex I had a huge volume of precum. Anyone else have this?

These symptoms mirror mine; however, I have radiation/hormone treatment. I see my urologist next week and we are going to discuss it. I also suffer other "plumbing problems"

Like never before! I had RALP in August 2025. Produced ample arousal fluid before, but since removal, it’s MUCH more. Nothing ejaculated, just leaking upon arousal and beyond.

Also, orgasms are much more intense and pleasurable. Took a while to come to terms with ejaculation not being the pinnacle, but these changes (with assistance from daily Cialis and as needed Viagra) have become the new awesome normal for me and my wife.
