I hope you get responses. I am sensitive but only 1 year so far. Are you on adt? If so may I ask which drugs do you take?

I am taking ADT and Darolutiamide. I had triplet therapy, ADT, Darolutamide, and Chemo (Docetaxel). But I had radiation to my spin and ribs first. 10 cycles to spin and 5 to ribs. I also had 1- chemo cycles instead of 6. My PSA continued to drop after completing chemo and I am undetectable. I've been castrate sensitive for over 18 months now and undetectable for about 6+ months. When I read the stats on the ARSENS trial is states that castrate sensitivity was Not Reached (NR). Everyone is different, but I was hoping to hear from some that have remained castrate sensitive for a long time with stage 4.
