Anyone post Stem Cell Transplant or CART for Scleroderma?

I am 11 months post autologous Stem Cell Transplant for Systemic Sclerosis or Scleroderma done at Duke University Hospital. Still in fatigue, high inflammatory biomarkers, "system deconditioning" post-transplant, not recovering. Did anyone have auto SCT at Duke or University of Michigan SS, or CAR-T for scleroderma in clinical trials? What is your recovery experience?
