Anyone on Enhertu in clinical trials?
I am undergoing Enhertu therapy and am interesting in sharing treatments, side fx, news of progress, etc. Especially those in the Kelowna BC Cancer trial, where I am.

I have am being treated with enhertu for her2+ USC. I had my first treatment in May 2025. The treatment protocol is for every three weeks. My cancer responded quickly and I have been able to have treatment every 4 weeks giving me more time of feeling well. I have found that I feel very good for the first 48 hours as a result of the steriods that are given as a pre-med along with 2 different anti nausea meds. I have never been nauseous but my appetite is not great for about a week after treatment. I am often tired when the steroids wear off on days 3 & 4...I continue with my regular schedule of pilates 4 x a week and pickle ball 2x a week. After about day 10 I feel back to normal in every way. The first 10 days are tolerable just not 100%...I'm used to having a lot of energy and feeling very strong....not really the case for the 10 days. Fortunately the treatment is working and my scans have been NED ! Good luck to you !

3 ReactionsThat's terrific news. You're way more active than me. I try but get breathless. I do Jazzercize as often as I can, and walk the dog, which isn't much but it keeps my circulation going. I ended up with peripheral neuropathy after my carb/pac treatment a year ago.
Thanks for your sharing
