Anyone in their 20s or 30s/early 40s had reverse shoulder replacement?
I am 27 years old and I have just had reverse shoulder replacement and I was wondering if there was anyone else in their 20s or 30s or even early 40s that has had this done as well? As I know it is an operation people genuinely get when they are over 50/60.

Yeah I am 46 now and had my Total Reverse Shoulder Replacement when I was starting at 35 and ended at 37 but I was a rare case . My Shoulder was crushed in a work accident . The Surgeon spent 8 hrs piecing it back together and a month later doing another surgery getting bone fragments out and a few more surgeries over the next year or so . I e even had a pick line for antibiotics bc every time I stopped the infection came back . So he removed the hardware and done an MRI and found the infection was inside my arm bone so he had to cut out all the bone and do the TRSR then the therapist dislocated it 🤔 . I've only got 50% of the range of motion in my left shoulder now . Like I said I was a super rare case and truth be told you should do it . The recovery is alot faster and you'll have your full range of motion . I was such a rare case a professor and top ortho doctor was flown in to Memphis from the University of Iowa to look at it . You'll be back in business no time flat . I'd do it again mine was just super rare . If you want to talk about it anymore . I'll answer any questions you have . Keep in good spirits it'll go fine .
