Anyone have top of tibia pain months after total knee revision?

I’m 6 months post-op on a total knee revision (first one was 3 years ago and apparently the cement never bonded to the bone). I don’t have much pain when I’m not using the knee but I have pain at the top of the tibia when I use it, sometimes even just walking. I’m going to try Iovera but the test nerve block made a difference in all the knee pain except some of this top of tibia pain. Anyone else deal with this? Everything online about tibia pain seems to be about the stem point. Mine feels like it’s where the plate sits on the top of the tibia.

I am 3 months post op after knee infection and 3 surgeries , i ended up with extended stems and now have severe tibia pain ! seems not to many people have had this problem ! so am still searching for answers myself
