Anyone have swollen testicle months after radical prostatectomy?

I'm 11 months post RARP and once my surgical swelling went down one of the testicles is slightly larger than it was before. I also hang differently. You might want to mention this to your PCP that it's a concern but you have been diagnosed with a spermatocele.

I attend nine advanced prostate cancer meetings a month and have not heard of this from anybody. You could speak to a urologist the ones that specialize in this kind of thing. They are a lot more knowledgeable about it than your PCP. Maybe they have an answer for how to resolve it.
