Have you had severe lymph node swelling from gabapentin?
Hello Everyone, I had a severe reaction to gabapentin and have been struggling to relieve the swelling lymph nodes in my neck for months. Nothing I've tried has worked. Has anyone had a similar reaction?
Thank you.

@naleesa Have you seen an ENT or allergist to figure out what is happening? A medication reaction shouldn't last that long. You may need a short course of steroids or antihistamines to tame your body's overreaction.
I had an adverse reaction to a drug and one of the many problems it caused almost overnight was edema in my lower legs and ankles. I requested an Rx to a lymphatic massage specialist and have been going for five years. The change was gradual. It started showing wonderful results about a year ago so don't give up on the technique. Now most mornings my edema is gone and sometimes it stays that way all day. Most days the swelling is minor.
Most doctors would not think to suggest them since it is mainly a therapy used with cancer patients. The lymphatic system is not well understood medically and based on my situation it seems to be a system without a medical specialist.
I hope you find the solution quickly.
Thank you for your responses!! I have gone to an ENT, an allergist, and many others. I've also been on prednisone 5 times w/o any luck. No one believes that the gabapentin caused my situation, and yet, no one can figure out why this is happening. I read about lymphatic massage, but I thought that was only for cancer patients. The problem is that it is so painful that no one can touch my face, so I'm unsure if this technique would work for me.
This situation has been overwhelming, to say the least. Thank you!!
