I had my first session today , he reckons my muscles are tight so he gave me stretching exercises, like making the bottom jaw go to one side as much as possible not sure about that sort of thing.

No plan. My grinding stopped as soon as I heard the diagnosis.

Never heard that a symptom ends once its been diagnosed. Congratulations. Wondering what reactions followed?

Sounds similar to when understanding experiences causes shifts when clarity filters in. Can happen in varying timeframes.
Has anyone else here experienced this yourselves or in others?

Hi. Here is a link. https://musclemx.com

I use their CBD BALM - Advanced heated relief - 350 MG CBD

I sure hope it helps.

Take care,

@sbauer4 // I'm pretty sure the dosages I've tried of such products is much lower than this one in the link. I have some homework to do now. Thanks again. Still would luv to know how the grinding stopped that way. So awesome for you. All the best.

Hi. I do not grind, I clench. For me it is about getting that very strong jaw muscle to relax and let go. This is not a light switch event. It has taken time, relaxation and breath exercises and the balm. I understand the challenge and feel for you. I hope the balm can get you started towards healing. Every good. Sue
