Anyone have Brain Fog as a result of allergy?

Posted by phxbarb @phxbarb, Jul 19 2:31pm

Sometimes I feel out of it, like my brain just wants time out and not be present. I attribute this to allergies, although I am not sneezing or blowing my nose now. Have had several sinus problems like infections, although taking antibiotics clears it up and then it returns afterward.
The humidity in the air makes it worse. I feel more alive in stores with increased AC but today it's cloudy and rainy outside and I am thinking I want to sit and do nothing but I need to do stuff. Has anyone else felt like this and is it allergies?

Hi, @phxbarb. Are you still experiencing the brain fog as a result of allergy like you were last month? If so, are you better or worse?

I am much better, mainly because I have been staying inside with AC running. I haven't been gardening or going anywhere, and I know that has helped. Next month I am getting the balloon sinoplasy which will help me even more. I am considering moving to a less green environment although I will hate it.

Thanks ! At least I know now I am not imagining it. The brain is a complicated organ and when it doesn't work right, it gives you grief. I am so tired of trying to diagnose my head !

@phxbarb - I have allergies personally, however, I've not experienced that particular symptom.
