Not easily available in Australia..and the cost where available is high...approx US$5000 for the one time injection..

Sounds interesting. I checked their site (https://arthrosamid.com/find-a-clinic) and searched for locations of availability in US but Canada was only locations shown.
We'll see if it becomes available in the US and what it's performance turns out to be.
