Anyone had sputum culture + for Streptomyces?

Have had 4 cultures come back positive for Streptomyces (in addition to MAC) my infectious disease doc said we “may need to treat it”. Anyone have experience to share as far as treatment or what you know of it? Is it rare? Common? Dangerous? Thank you.
