Anyone get premature ventricular contractions during MCTD flares,

My flares start as more fatigue and lightheadedness. I can also then get premature ventricular contractions (isolated, 2 per minute.). Anyone else get this, and what helped the PVCs? Thanks.

Switching from methotrexate injection and starting Myfortic-and Metoprolol Xl 25 mg daily stopped most of my PVC’s and runs of tachycardia. When I was having them it was uncomfortable and it felt like I was running a marathon .
