Anyone experienced a hip disarticulation??

I’m having it tomorrow! The prosthetic gets fitted about 3 months after! This is my goal and I’m looking forward to it! I’ve stayed in shape my whole life and I hope it serves me well! I’ve been practicing with forearm crutches so I’m ready to go! Gonna be a long road!

@banana11 I had never heard of this, so I just googled it and came up with this. It’s just for your information. Of course; your doctor and you know what’s the best form of treatment in your case.
