Anyone experience Kidney Issues after Covid?

I was recently hospitalized with kidney failure, no bacteria grew on urine sample. I have Long Covid and had Covid again this year not that long ago which makes 4 times since 11/2020. Has anyone experienced something similar? Long Covid is a never ending nightmare.
