Anyone experience fatigue along with digestive symptoms?

Not sure if a question I asked a while ago regarding fatigue and digestive issues was posted, so I will try again. I have been experiencing severe fatigue for almost 2 weeks. Thankfully, it is starting to decrease. I had blood tests, EKG, and chest x-ray, and all were normal. I had acid reflux for many months, but by watching diet and taking meds, I now do not experience acid reflux during the day and I am off meds, and I feel it is under control. I use a mattress wedge and head elevation at night for an acid reflux cough with bringing up mucus. That went away for about a month but now has recently recurred. So, I am wondering if all this fatigue is related to digestive issues. Anyone else experience this?

Thank you for the explanation. I do elevate my head, eat early in evening. (Usually over 3 hrs before bed), and sleep on left side. Trying to watch nutrition. After 2 weeks of fatigue it is so much better. Wondering if possibly I had light Covid —no fever. An expired Covid test was positive, but a new Covid/flu test was negative. I’m looking at all possibilities.

@pza: You're taking all the right steps for GI problems that I see others have reported as well, and I suffered from for far too many months. In fact, I still find I need to take naps on an almost daily basis and I lean into that rather than fight it! If you did have Covid, it sounds like it may have been a fairly light case but of course that can still contribute to fatigue. Hope you feel well-rested soon.
